Mrs Ruthie is very professional and she knows her stuff she has always pointed me in the right direction with my insurance selections. My family and I moved away from albany my husband was with geico when he decided to switch I told him Ill help find us a different insurance when all the while I knew I was going to call on Mrs Ruthie. :)

After contacting my agents office and leaving a voicemail, I was contacted within 24 hours by Mrs. Ruthie Arnold who has been my agent for almost 30 years. I was glad she called me back and listened to my concerns. After explaining my situation, she advised me of the documents I needed to submit and I sent them the same day. 1 /5 NuNu: I smell scammers aka possibility stealing information. Some if not most of these 5 star reviews are bots... Rep said her name was the same as mine Said she was going to call me back with quote in an hour - no call back Plus had already been on hold more than 10 minutes before somebody with a fake name even answered I was just about to hang up - always follow your gut... Called back at 4:15 on hold till I got message saying WERE CLOSED Oh n 1 more thing - thought I was calling NATIONWIDE but they use 3rd party partners for quotes and thats why they are UNPROFESSIONAL and UNKNOWLEGEABLE- - So DECEPTIVE!
