Ive missed out on discounts that I should have been receiving since 2021. In my last attempt to get an answer from Jerry Murdock and/or his admin support, Ive been trying since 2/26/2024 to get an answer and/or resolution about my policy and now, two months later, nothing. Ive been a client with Jerry Murdock since 1/4/2021 and its been this way the entire time. I have a friend who is also a client and it has been the same way for her. Im looking for a new broker but he/she will not be able to go back to correct the errors; only from the time I become a client.
