1 /5 J Rob: Came in on a Wednesday to open a new checking account and was helped by Denise She took my information and inputted in their system that came back with a FLAG but Denise did not mention what the flag was instaead she said she would call me on Friday to let me know when my new debit cards would be in
It turned out that she inputted the wrong SS# and because of her mistake she was not able to proceed on processing my account Since I never received a phone call from Denise on that following Friday I had to wait for the long weekend since that following Monday was president day When I came in on that following Tuesday Morgan was the other representative at the bank that helped me finish opening my account but Denise felt that it was necessarily to try to embarrase me by yelling across the full lobby informing Morgan that my account had a FLAG on it While the bank lobby was full of customers (very unprofessional) Thats when I realized that there was more going on than just a typo on Denises error The bank manager also stood over the lobby to see or to witness a crime that never happen unless Denise inputting incorrect information spuld be a crime
A supervisor from Morris Bank may have sensed that I may have been unsatisfied by the service and respect I received by a representative of Morris bank and call me but instead spoke to my wife She expressed the grief and disrespect we received from Denise but the supervisor turned it around as if we were just upset that Denise was to busy to help us
This bank treated me like a second class citizen and my business was not welcome My wife and I decided that this bank was not going to ever be able to treat us with the same respect as other customers while Denises mentally was going to be unchecked but rewarded THIS BANK HAS ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOUNTABILITY
