5 /5 Albert Lucas: From the person who took the initial call to Mrs. Angie, I was assured that I would be treated fairly and the process was explained in great detail to ensure that if I had any questions at all, they would be answered and that my best interests were the main focus. Mrs. Angie called me back promptly after a thorough review if what I had told her and followed up with a few more pertinent questions to ascertain finer details and then walked me through the sign in process. Im in pain but she managed to guide me through the steps almost effortlessly.
