5 /5 Richard Blackburn: I was just looking around for an auto insurance quote, I received a call from Michelle with a quote that was lower than what I’d been paying. I asked if she could give me a call closer to my policy renewal date and she actually called back at the time we had discussed. She was very informative and got me a policy for less than what I was paying, even with a lower deductible. She’s followed up a couple of times to make sure I was able to print out our insurance cards and even sent me her contact information and direct line to reach her. The last insurance company I had actually let me make an appointment with a local branch, when I got there, there was no one there. I called the company and they said each branch had their own hours. When I asked why they let me make an appointment, I was not given any reason. That location is now closed without any notice, at least I didn’t receive any notification. I received quite a few calls for a new policy quote, Michelle seemed more interested in getting a policy than the others.
