1 /5 Bhumik: I have been a customer for 4+ years. Some agents give American Family a bad name such as this one. Please do yourself a favor and choose another agent who wont talk with you rudely over the phone or generalize you with people from your culture. Stay away from this agent and find another. You will not get the proper American Family customer service treatment at this location. If you are assigned this agent, ask for a different agent. No one should have to deal with rudeness for asking simple questions about your policies. Stay away!

1 /5 Myron Cantrell: I had an accident that resulted in a totaled truck (I was not at fault). The casualty claims adjuster was giving me a hard time and Mr. Mehul did not provide any help or advise. He continuesly tried to explain that he knew nothing about the claims side of the insurance plans that he offers. The situation took a full year to resolve, resulting in me winning the case in court. I will only recommend Mr. Mehul to those looking for a brick and mortar building to make a bill payment. I will not recommend him to someone seeking an expert in the industry. Needless to say, Im no longer with American Fam. Just last week I got a letter from Mr. Mehuls office asking for my business back. #TheNerve.

1 /5 Dinah J: Please people stay away from American family insurance.as of may 2017,I pay them in full for 6 months i just received a refund of $40 my policy have been canceled without any Explanation.be aware of them people anything could happen to my family now Im going to get my house ,my 3 cars back to state Farm.
