5 /5 Andi Troester: Great little gym! Older building, but great equipment, lots of space, not too busy late morning and friendly staff!

5 /5 Breanna Tate: Great quiet location. They have everything you would need. Never too busy, Emily keeps the gym nice and clean with great customer service. Suzie makes sure to greet you with a warm welcome and can answer all of your questions. Showers are big with private changing rooms 10/10

1 /5 Shantel: The roof leaks all over the place. The a/c never works. Hours could be a lot better. Price is outrageous for the lack of amenities & condition of the building. Its the only gym in town so there are no other options.

5 /5 John Littlefield: Having a YMCA convenient in Darien is a great asset. The staff is friendly and does a great job of keeping the facility clean. For the size of Darien it is very well equipped with free weights, Precor machines, stair steppers, elliptical machines, stationary bikes and a Concept2 rowing machine. They also offer classes. Since it is part of the Coastal YMCA group members can go to any YMCA in the coastal region which expands the exercise options greatly if you want to try other activities like swimming or basketball.
