1 /5 Giovanni Rueda: I went to Mayors at Lenox Square today and had a very disappointing experience. Loretta was extremely unprofessional. I asked to see a Rolex GMT Pepsi with a jubilee bracelet, and she made it clear she didn’t want to show it to me because it was inconvenient. The entire interaction felt uncomfortable, as if I was wasting her time. After looking at a couple of watches, there was no feedback, no guidance, just silence while she waited to move on to her break. Having already visited three other Rolex ADs before, this was by far the worst experience. I came in with the goal of buying anniversary watches for my wife and me next year (20 years), but this visit left me very disappointed and second-guessing Mayors altogether.

From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make the process of purchasing my Starbucks Rolex absolutely seamless. Her professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail were outstanding. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident and excited about my purchase. If you’re looking for a luxury timepiece, I can’t recommend Marisela enough—she truly made this a five-star experience!

5 /5 Jeremy Robinson: Amazing experience at the Rolex boutique! Katania was incredible—super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help me find the perfect watch. She never rushed me and let me look at any watch I was interested in, which I truly appreciated. She really wanted me to find the perfect watch for me! On top of that, she shared some fascinating history about the model I ended up choosing, which made the whole experience feel even more special. You can tell she really knows her stuff and loves what she does. Would highly recommend checking out this boutique!

5 /5 Stephanie Gallagher: Today, we walked into a beautiful, luxurious Mayor’s store. We offered refreshments immediately as we browsed the store. Tracy and Kenny made us feel at home with their gracious hospitality and friendly, easy going demeanor. Kenny showed us rings for our engagement. Tracy also assisted us as the expert and we selected a beautiful setting. Later we stopped to look at watches and purchased a gorgeous timepiece. Tracy was the perfect expert associate to guide us through the pro’s and con’s of the timepiece. I can’t say enough good thing’s about Mayors at Lenox Square! BTW, did I mention the store is STUNNING!! Kenny and Tracy are 10’s in my book! Thank you again!

P Miriam (The Planning Mimzy): This is a lovely small shop in Lawrenceville Square. The owners were lovely and kind and have put a lot of thought and effort into the shop, even taking into account community needs and wants. Their shop specializes in hand made goods as well as antique and second hand goods. I particularly appreciated the artwork and handcrafted crystal jewelry! I definitely will be back!

Kathleen Stento: I wanted to update and change my review from 1 star to 5. The issue below was taken care of promptly and professionally and honored by JCPenney in Hiram! Was just at your Hiram, GA location and left without purchasing. I was shopping for casual shoes when I saw a sign for Clarks 40% off and a sign next to it which stated scan the QR code and take an additional 25%off . I scanned the QR code and also had a picture of the signs. At the register, the associate said the coupon didnt work. I showed her the picture of the sign and she tried again. The Manager ( or supervisor) was nearby and the associate asked why the coupon didnt work. The Manager said the 25%off coupon doesnt apply to Clarks. I asked why they have the 25%off sign WITH the Clarks sale sign. She replied "its just for advertising". I told her that was deception to the customer. She walked away without another comment. The cashier told me if I had a JC PENNEY credit card, I could take an additional 30%off. I asked how that would work since after reading the fine print on the 30% coupon also states Clarks are not included? It doesnt make sense and is deceiving the customer!! BEWARE of this stores " advertising".
