I spoke with Matthew and he was very acommendating. He came to my brothers room and met with him and came back the next day with all the paperwork needed to fulfill my brothers wishes. Thanks to his willingness to work with us, we avoided a huge oversite and Billy was relieved to know his wishes would be taken care of. Two days later my brother was unconscious and never recovered. Thank you Matthew for giving him peace of mind in his final days.
