1 /5 Kiara W: I purchased my home a year ago , only to find out the seller didn’t pay taxes for 2022 and 2023 the closing attorney did not include this information in the closing contract the attorney should have researched that information the seller is to cover the taxes that were due now I received a letter from my mortgage company stating that my mortgage has increased a total $600 , Please do your own research when it comes to the taxes portion because I was only in the house for six months in 2023 but now it’s my responsibility to cover the 2022 and 2023 full taxes amount.
