1 /5 Sarah Lee: Dishonest. When I called for a quote on the policy I asked several times about the deductible. Was told it depends on the amount if I file a claim. Policy was reasonable so i purchased. Went to file a claim and deductible $3500! I have NEVER seen a $3500 car deductible. They will never pay out a claim unless you end up in a really bad situation. Otherwise out of pocket. Shady

1 /5 Kiawana Browning: My car was stolen june 25 they didnt even put me n a rental denied me.rental they keep asking me where the car like I fawkin know this company is not a good company for insurance I do not recommend them to anyone the fact that me n my son has to walk n this heat is ridiculous so they sent me a letter saying non cooperative when I told the adjuster what the deselerhsip has told me they still not helping me im sueing for pain n suffering for my child and I i didnt want to give them no stars I know next time not to call them at all

1 /5 Anthony Harris: The sign says they open at 10am. The Hoodrat didnt come till 11am. I stood at the door made eye contact and still she went the back and never came back. If thats their ideal of customer service. STAY FAR AWAY.

1 /5 Barrington Speer: I agree with the other comments here regarding customer service. I am not certain of the young lady who work 10/19/2024 but she is absolutely the worse, a real B.A.B…. Very confrontational, argumentative and ignorant. She has subpar communication skills and should not represent any company unless she is in the warehouse out of sight and out of mind. It’s obvious she has no customer relation skills… oh wait.. Candler Road… ok I get it.. make the Eastside great again and she ain’t it…
