Though this team is awesome, amongst the few that have known me for just a few years now is Ms Jasmin Nipper! Every question I have, shell provide an honest answer and point me in the direction of growth within LGE! She knows my family dynamics and is always encouraging positive ways to ensure my finances are taken care of. For example, the fact that I get discounts because I am a member here, thats great to know and help me plan for my family during this season! 1 /5 Josh Bennett: I had a larger than usual transaction so they requested authorization first which is no big deal but after I authorized they still locked my cards. Tried the app to make proper changes and it’s “undergoing maintenance “ and nobody was available to allow me to get my card unlocked. This was so embarrassing at the store I was at. I can’t believe they put me through this after being with them for over 20 years! How dare you not allow me access to MY MONEY! I am very upset about this and cannot believe how this whole ordeal went, so embarrassing.

1 /5 Jeff Jackson: Never heard of this place before I got a text about online bill pay. I know its a scam but I called just to verify theres not actually an account in my name here. The rep refused to look up my name and said she could only check it if I gave her my social security number. There is no reason she couldnt check for the name first, then check to see if the last 4 of the social security number are the same without me giving a company Ive never heard of my full social.

Mark Smith: I will echo Kelvins experience. I have both business and personal accounts with Truist so I am in the Powers Ferry Branch frequently. With rare exception, the experience is painfully slow. I always feel particularly sorry for the cars that are in the drive-thru. Over the years, the operational performance has been in steady decline. Its not the tellers, as they are usually personable and helpful; but theres never sufficient staff to manage the customer workload. I have literally seen one teller trying to handle both the drive-thru and the counter at lunch time. I havent seen more than two tellers in a very long time. My advice is if there are more than four people in line, you should save yourself the frustration and come back later.

Gabriel Thomas: I hate having to do this, especially since my issue is with Truist. They just changed names this weekend, 2/18. I come the following Tuesday, today, and attempt to cash my check as I have done for about 3 years. Never an issue. Until the merger. Suddenly they cant explain why i, a customer of SunTrust for over 15 years, and 5 years at this particular location, am unable to cash my check with my ID and debit card. No explanation? For a customer of almost 2 decades. What a great way to start off a new bank. It seems they cleared out the old crew, so anyone I speak with is going to be brand new. Its pretty disappointing and annoying. I mean, is it impossible to check the account for funds, like has always been done? Weird, how with the implementation of better tech, somehow they lack services they had before.
