4 /5 No Name: 4 Stars - Great Service, Just Needs Better Online Info
I know I gave 4 stars, but I highly recommend this place! The staff was super friendly, patient, and helpful. Isabella assisted us and did a fantastic job—she even helped sort out some issues we had with shipping and handling, which we really appreciated.
The only reason this isnt a 5-star review is the lack of accessible online information. We couldn’t find details about pricing, materials, or what to expect ahead of time. They only have an Instagram—which is cool, but they really need a proper website that’s organized with clear pricing, photos, videos, FAQs, and a step-by-step explanation of the process. That would’ve made a huge difference in helping us prepare mentally and financially, and would’ve saved time in-store.
Also, clearer communication about store hours and "last call" would’ve been helpful. We arrived a bit late, so our grillz weren’t going to be ready until Wednesday, and we had to pay extra for shipping. Knowing that in advance, along with shipping fees, would’ve helped us plan better.
Be sure to bring a picture and have a clear idea of what you want before you go. The fast-paced environment combined with any uncertainty can feel overwhelming and might delay the process—possibly pushing your pickup date back (and requiring shipping if from out of town) .
Still, the customer service was excellent, and I’d absolutely recommend this place—just go earlier in the day and come prepared!
