We made him leave our property immediately. Not sure what these folks are up to, but this is not the way to conduct business.

BBLandmanagement BBLandmanagement: I called this morning to make an inquiry about receiving a message of a blocked transaction by the bank. The girls that I spoke with were idiots! They couldnt process a simple request. I had to explain 4 times to them the issue which was not very complicated and they still couldnt figure it out! She asked me again (#5) what was going on and as I tried to answer her question so she could process this simple request, she hung up on me! She was not listening which is the 1st step in customer service and the whole problem! The issue was that I recieved a message thru my internet banking stating a transaction was block on debit card ####. I needed to know whose card in my family it was and why it was blocked so I could figure out if it was valid or fraud. Finally, spoke with supervisor of the call center. I explained my inquiry as stated above and in 15 seconds she had finished the task!!! Obviously, she was far smarter than the idiot who didnt help me.
