and I didnt have any problem with this but it felt so sterile. Furthermore, Joe lost our original deeds and we only received copies that anyone could be given; certainly there was no apologies made for losing our important documents and I always wondered why I had to send certified mail to them that could be tracked but he didnt return the courtesy. I didnt feel like a valued customer and definitely at no time during the whole process was I respected.
