1 /5 Carlton King: A total waste of time and my money, actually they made me late filing this year and I paid $1,250 in interest and penalties and they dont care stay away from this unprofessional firm.

1 /5 Ashley Tibbetts: Zero stars. I gave my information to file my taxes clear back in April, its now November and my taxes have still not been e-filed by this business although they did take payment from me back in April. I have received no communication until recently when ive called repeatedly. If I had known this is what my experience would have been like, I would have used H&R block for the same amount of money. This has been beyond ridiculous. I have also not received my stimulus because of this and this situation has messed up my finances. Go somewhere else. 7 months. Seriously?

1 /5 Stephen Snyder: I used this company on my brother’s recommendation since we share a business. He has had to call to get information. I haven’t heard a word from them about anything. I wish I saw their reviews before doing business with them.
