Bennie Bates: At that time of my writing this, we have just completed taxes for 2024. I had my personal and business taxes done by Christine and her team. Ive had poor experiences in the past with CPAs and was weary, but she came recommended from a coworker. I was blown away on day 1. Christine personally met with me for a free consultation. She had papers laying out everything including the flat rates for all services and the program they use to upload documents (and instructions on how to use it). The team was very communicative and worked quickly. I only ever got messages if they needed something directly from me. Next thing I know, the taxes are done! I was fully expecting to owe thousands of dollars due to my contractor status..... but Christine got me a refund!! (I havent gotten a refund in YEARS!) Unless something crazy happens, this was by far the best process Ive ever had done. I will use Christine again for 2025 and would highly recommend her to anybody!

David Taylor: I have two open loans with Lendmark Financial at a different location. I called the one in Gainesville because it is closer to me and I was inquiring about doing a loan with them. At first I called they said they will contact me back. A week goes by and I call to inquire again. Instead of being welcome with open arms here , I was told " why would you not go back to the other Lendmark instead of calling us here". FREAKING WOW! Keep in mind that I have good history with Lendmark and I also referred people to them. However this location did not want my business. No problem , I will not send anyone else to that location. Extremely Unprofessional and bad customer service. I think I will take their advice and stick with "my other" Lendmark location . Goes to show you may have to travel a distance for good customer service but it is indeed worth it!

Rebecca Myers: Connie was wonderful. She was quick & efficient in assisting me with getting an older house insured for my dad that had not previously had insurance. This was about a month ago. I had been turned down by several large companies. Connie found a great company to insure the home and was a pleasure to work with, the entire transaction was done over the phone. Today I am having her quote my own home insurance. Definitely recommend Van Keith Insurance and Connie!
