1 /5 Charles Eldred: Unfortunately when I called to seek general legal advice for my elderly sister in law the paralegal wasn’t friendly nor professional..certainly not a positive introduction to the law firm… which may provide good services if you can get through the paralegal. My role is to select the firm to make the process easier for my sister in law before she engages in her personal matter.
I found another law firm that was extremely friendly, compassionate and helpful to develop a consultation with a female attorney..which I was requesting. I’m a retired executive of a public company and would never tolerate this type of attitude but sometimes we don’t know what the first connection is with the company and first impressions…very disappointing.
Sorry your response to me doesn’t recognize my dissatisfaction ..I did talk by phone to your paralegal to clarity my reason for the inquiry after her short friendly email so I’ll reiterate again on the call she was very unprofessional and rude ..my objective was to help select a law firm to assist my sister in law and discuss the process in general terms particularly since I was paying for the service..surprised the firm accepts this behavior and willing to lose business ..the email from your paralegal may appear to be a fair and friendly response by the firm but the call with her was completely different and notably nonchalant and obnoxious and completely satisfied with my comment that I would seek other legal services …as a reference I found an amazing interaction and subsequent hiring of Stearns-Montgomery & Proctor and for your information they were very professional, friendly, compassionate and helpful with my inquiry and questions about their legal process addressing my sister in law’s needs. I would recommend your firm take note on improving the initial connection to anyone..being defensive by referring to your paralegal’s email as acceptable and disregarding my conversation with her further clarities my complaint remains unaddressed.
