JJ helped us today to pick out a wedding band and was absolutely a joy to work with. He had a cheery disposition, was attentive, and was super patient. He was super kind and by the end we were all collectively sharing stories and cracking up leaving with the perfect wedding band for the love of my life.

5 /5 Raisa Hannah: Scott the manager is always a delight whenever I come into the store! I have a vast jewelry box with some complicated pieces but he took the time to use the new feature and take pictures of all my pieces during my last inspection so I wouldnt have any issues going forward. He tells me all about the new features with warranties so I can add them to pieces that dont have them and about upcoming events. Hes the main reason why I keep coming back to this particular Kays!
