We had an important matter that had to be tended to. He never started working on it till the contract was due again. When it got right in the middle of the case he dropped us. He said he wouldnt do anything else till we renewed the contract. He absolutely dropped us in the middle of a case when it was too late to obtain counsel and then never sent back all the files that i sent him through the year that he had done nothing on. He took us for all the money we had given him and left us in a mess. Stay Away!

    Shante Square: I was referred to Tucker and he was the opposite of what I expected. He was late( a hour and greater) to all of the court dates all of which he selected and made no communication with me or the court. In court he wasnt prepared and would state in accurate information. He never made one visit to see my son (his client). While in court one time he was caught telling me a lie saying that the prosecutor had agreed to something and she overheard him. Overall having Tucker as my son’s lawyer was an additional stress and after paying half up front I felt compelled to continue to do business with him and I wouldnt recommend his service after what I had to encounter.
