Answering all my questions 5. Made me feel like I was the most important. And that she was doing everything within her power to get me the best deal possible. The very first time I spoke with her, we did the quote, whitin a couple of hours, she gave me a follow up call, because she knew that i was shopping around for insurance, she told me before you make your decision, call me back lets make sure youre getting the best deal. If Alstate has a customer service department she should be leading that team, training in good quality customer service in Management.

We decided as a family with three people on the policy to all leave Alfa and we will not be back but keep my agent who will now be our progressive agent. She accomplished nothing except loosing her company 3 customers and giving another agent is! Petty Betty should be her name shame on you!
