1 /5 Nathalie Armand: I reached out to Mr Coogles office in hopes to completing a closing for my property. The buyer ended up backing out of the deal. I immediately contacted his office and informed him of this. They agreed to have the check mailed to the appropriate party. Well, somehow the earnest money was mailed back to the potential buyer. I was then told that a new check would be mailed to me. Every so often I would call to inquire and was told every time that they are waiting on the bank. Realistically it does not take over a month.
Three weeks has gone by and still no check. I called back today to inquire and was disrespected on every level. I would not recommend this office for any type of business. They are extremely unprofessional and they are not honest people.
I was told that I was charged for some of the work that was already completed but have yet to see an invoice of any kind.
Its a small town, but dont feel like you have to use them. There are far more professional establishments in Warner Robins.
