1 /5 Genesis B: I’ll never again shop at this company it’s below one star I went to purchase a 2 ct ring for 6 thousand dollars I paid half of my price for my ring due to my bank having to approve the purchase I went back yall less than 24 hours to cancel my order they charged me almost 300 dollars for cancellation which is very outrageous I told them that I purchased a 3 ct at Kay jewelry for 3000 an they first told me that I wasn’t going to be able to cancel it then came out again and said they will charge me 300 for a cancel fee which is outrageous they jewelry is over priced an it’s a family owned business I wasn’t treated with respect an to be honest this company is all about taking people money for overpriced jewelry trust Kay jewelry have better deals an nicer jewelry an better customer care I most definitely would have showed the company love if that’s what they showed me! I hate I ever walked in the store I basically got
