Mom and Pop shop with the work bench on full display so very interesting to see your jewelry worked on in real time. Both Ron and Joanne were great to chop it up with while getting a lobster clasp replaced on the spot. They also shined my chain up and made it look brand new. Will for sure be going back!

5 /5 Pamela Manaton: After 35 years of my husband wearing his channel set diamond wedding band, he lost a diamond. We took his ring to the Jewelers Workshop to have the diamond replaced. Upon inspection, they discovered that the gold had worn down along the channel, and he was in jeopardy of losing more diamonds. It was recommended to build up the gold along the channel as well as to replace the missing diamond. We decided to also have the ring sized up one size. This was late on a Thursday afternoon, before a holiday Monday. They ordered the replacement diamond while we were there. The ring was ready to pick up on Wednesday. It is gorgeous and you would never know any work was done to repair it. We highly recommend this wonderful shop. The owner was extremely nice and personable. Id give them 10 stars if I could.

Ashley Mikula: Brought in my grandmother’s diamond necklace that is my daily wear due to the diamond becoming loose in the prongs. I contacted the shop to see if they were able to repair it, the gentleman said to bring it in. My boyfriend drove it over to have it repaired and cleaned. The gentleman was able to get it repaired and cleaned on the spot! Overall a great experience and will hopefully be back with the future needs (& maybe some wants!) Couldn’t recommend this spot more for friendly, helpful and quick service!

Wilson, which I believe is the owner or manager is extremely knowledgeable, honest and fair. They have a great selection of gold, watches, bracelets, earrings and more. Best prices in central Florida. I went in on Monday at noon, agreed to get a custom piece added to my charm. In just under a couple of hours the piece was ready and looked better than I expected it. Will definitely be doing business again soon.
