1 /5 Fox Fire: Jay Harvey is a scam sales man. We were promised covered that wasnt reflected, when Helene hit we found out that we werent despite the multiple conversations. When pressed he said "it wont be an issue no one else has mentioned anything" Well going off the reviews and other factors seems like it took long than a couple weeks for people to discover they were scammed by this office. If you want to be in financial debt and know what its like to have an unprofessional sales man, who will under insure you to make the price more appealing and then convenient lose all evidence of it then Jay Harvey and staff is your person cause they will make sure their family suffers so they can feel successful at the end of the day and sleep like a baby afterwards. Its honestly disgusting, and not that hard. You look at what the customer has ACTUALLY LOOK! and then go off covered. You might think "well theres more to it than that". Well when you look at a double story double car garage that is DETACHED FROM THE MAIN HOUSE and is told so, and say "yeah thats covered under the main house insurance" only to find out its barely 30k in coverage. Well you dont have to be a genius to maybe question the dynamics of insurance if the garage isnt ACTUALLY part of the insurance. If youre gonna put your name on the door, you should know what your selling. Dont make my familys mistake, Trusting your family and home to Jay Harvey and his staff will fill you with regret and be another story of insurance coverage gone wrong.

1 /5 Paul Meigio: We went to Jay Harvey for our home insurance. Our experience since we start? Horrible. Jay Harvey promised us coverage on thing we have like our detached garage, then when Helene hit turned out the guy actually didnt know what he was doing and our garage wasnt fully covered. When we pushed the issue (which was the week after hurricane Helene) with him he stated "Oh, a lot of peoples garages and havent complained yet so it should be fine. WELL GUESS WHAT?! IT WASNT FINE! Then when we tried the method of correction available Allstate, if you can believe it, decided they didnt owe us the money for coverage we were promised to us verbally cause get this "they lost the one and only recording theyre supposed to keep records of." Jay Harvey is a salesperson, hes a salesperson that doesnt care about the client and just wants the sale. He WILL, base off my very own experience, under sell you in the hopes of making commission off you. The question you have to ask before youre in my shoes is: "Are you willing to risk your family and homes because Jay Harvey is okay with you losing those for some cash?"

5 /5 Audrey Lyons: I’ve had Jay Harvey Allstate Insurance for some years now, but I don’t recall having to use it until recently. One night coming home late, some kind of animal ran into my car. I put off a few days reaching out to my insurance because I just didn’t feel like “the hassle”. Well I finally emailed Jay Harvey’s office after hours one Friday evening. Me thinking, I still don’t have to deal with this until Monday. Well Mr. Harvey responded to me right away! I was shocked. He told me what I needed to do and for me to let him know if I needed anything; not to mention he was on vacation! That’s what I call good service! The process was so simple; a few clicks online and then I had the paint and body shop reaching out to me to get me in. I truly appreciate having an agent such as Jay Harvey, who truly values his clients.

1 /5 Felicia Burley: I am not happy with the experience I had with this company. It started off great, with the low price I was quoted. However, within that year my auto premium went up astronomically for seemingly no reason! I hadnt any claims to make or accidents, but I get told by one of the ladies who answered my call that this happened because I needed to show proof that I was getting my car serviced. Ive never heard of such, and when I shopped around for other insurance, I was told by an agent that this is a bogus reason. And to add insult to injury when I canceled my policy Allstate tried to charge me almost $400 for a period of time that I didnt even have a policy with you anymore! The nerve! I have homeowner insurance with Allstate, when I tried to make a claim because of storm damage I was gleefully told by the insurance claim rep that I couldnt file a claim on an issue that Id filed for previously with another company. Ive come to the conclusion that Allstate is a money hungry company that is only interested in sucking you dry of money, but not actually helping you in your time of need. You get richer, while I get absolutly nothing from it. No thank you sir! Im pretty sure the homeowners policy will go up after this review, so Ill be shopping for that as well. I was going to just count this as a loss and keep moving, but I keep getting these robo emails about doing a survey, so there you go. Thats your feedback. Thinking about this experience has made me angry all over again!

5 /5 Raymond Joiner: I work with John and he was real nice and helpful, couldnt have ask for no better agent. He was easy to talk with and understanding and explain some of my questions, It was a happy day. Allstate meets all my needs. Before you buy, check (Allstate insurance) they have served me well. I hope , next 6 month will be the same. From the first day with Allstate , and until now, I feel Same , Same and holding. Thanks Jay Harvey( ALLSTATE INSURANCE)Like most people they dont know who to buy their insurance with. Try Allstate one time and you will see they will be glad to work with the ever changing prices . These days you really dont know what to do. My answer now, Allstate.
