All staff members seem to ride the clock and not caring about customer service. I cannot tell you how many different people I have spoken with and I have come to find out the company motto must be, " I dont know call someone else." Terrible bank. End of story.

    Eric Pena: Never had any problems but i will say they are slow at the drive through. I get an hour lunch and i know if i have to go here for any reason its gonna be a while. Sometimes its simple, but sometimes they walk away and your staring at the glass wondering where they went and when youll get your money. Also ive deposited my checks here before and it takes 4-5 days for it to be in your account and not be pending. The branch in calhoun only takes a couple days for your check to be in your account. Overall i go here when i have to but i dont like going. Theyre will be no other cars at the drive through and ill still sit 20 minutes to cash a check.
