They didnt send out my certificates in a timely manner and when they did the wording was wrong, Also, it seemed like I was bothering them when I needed a simple certificate sent out. Without a doubt theirs better insurance companies to pick from.

I purchased homeowners insurance from this company back in January when I closed on my home only to find out that Marlo-the agent, never sent the check to pay for the policy and then lied saying she never received the check even though she signed for it. I have reported this company to the insurance commissioner and am in the process of a lawsuit. Buyer please BEWARE!!! Anything could have happened to my property while uninsured and these people had no remorse or accountability. DO NOT PATRONIZE THEIR BUSINESS.
