2 /5 allen erskine: Be careful! They did not properly prepare my taxes, now they are in the process of correcting. For over 21 years I never had a problem until now. System error, not input error yes.

1 /5 Terry Myers: Had appointment at 7 pm left at 7:50 no service. Wont be returning ever. We have always used H&R not anymore. Bad business practice to make people wait after having an appointment for walk ins who dont. Wish I could give you a negative star rating.
