My fiancé proposed with a family ring consisting of diamonds from his grandmother, great grandmother, and great aunts ring. It was beautiful, but did not fit. We went it to learn more about resizing and redesigning. Katherine was amazing and helped us during the entire process. We are so pleased with how the new ring turned out! It honors the original diamonds, protects them in a beautiful setting and is better than we could have imagined. We will definitely be back for all of our jewelry needs.

5 /5 Alex Caxide: My fiancée and I needed to get wedding bands on relatively short notice after deciding to elope after a long engagement. Her engagement ring is about 100 years old and not an especially common style, so finding a band that went with it was a challenge and we were not having any luck despite visiting other jewelers. We had a great experience at Highland Diamond and found a perfect match, and most importantly we felt very well taken care of. Some people may prefer a laid-back sales approach, but we felt that Karen and the team were personally invested in our satisfaction from the moment we walked in and that made it easy to work with them. Despite rising prices due to economic conditions, we feel like we got good value here, and they were very transparent with pricing. Cant control the price of gold but you can control how you treat customers, and they are really top-notch. They also delivered on exactly the timeline promised with plenty of time before we leave for our wedding. Will definitely be back for future purchases!

Caleb L: Had an earring backing replaced for $60. The second time I wore the earrings the exact same backing broke in the same spot. There was also major tarnishing on the earring itself. The front desk man with glasses told me he offered no guarantee on the jewelers work and that “silver just breaks.” When I asked him to repair it again he said he would for another $85 and no guarantee on the work. On top of that, the work would take 3-4 weeks to get done. He was very condescending and rude the entire conversation and when I tried to get him to explain why the repair his shop made broke so easily he became irate and asked me to leave the store. When I told him I would be leaving a review he said in response he would “be leaving a review for me too,” referring to my company uniform I was wearing at the time. A service company which he does not use. Extremely unprofessional and hostile environment that has ripped me off on two occasions now and tries to over charge every single service or piece of jewelry they provide. I strongly recommend shopping at any other jewelry store. The photos I included were of the earrings they “repaired.” The one I had them fix several months ago broke immediately after only wearing twice, and is tarnished on the front from however they were handling it.

Emma Davenport: Mickeys customer service is fantastic. My mother sent me a Mickey Lynn bracelet that she purchased at a shop in Chicago, but it was too big. I called the store here in Atlanta and asked if I could exchange it for a smaller size, even though it was purchased elsewhere and not directly through Mickey Lynn. Mickey not only exchanged it--she sized it perfectly for my wrist and swapped out the clasp, free of charge. Its a gorgeous bracelet that I now wear every day!
