I was fortunate to enjoy a 1 on 1 session today and his experience and knowledge upped my training. He was patient while also challenging me to do better. He and his wife are passionate and fun. Add this to your list for training or just to spend a day being a kid again.

I felt welcomed by everyoneā€”not just the instructor but the other class attendees too. As a beginner, the class was easy to follow, and I never felt out of place. I was encouraged to listen to my body and make adjustments when I needed to. By the end, I felt refreshed and thankful for the time spent. Looking forward to many more sessions!

    Will Henry: 11.21 is the best place to learn and train because of the owner. I trained with several different places in the Atlanta area and no one comes close to Clint and his team. He is an expert in boxing, mma and jiu jitsu and has a patient way of teaching you the fundamentals fast if you are a beginner. He is creative in his drills so the workouts and training arenā€™t boring. He truly cares and is the best coach Iā€™ve ever had.

    Danielle Hughes: Paulding Gymnastics has failed me and my daughter. My daughter has been doing tumbling and gymnastics for a bout 3 years now. Got to mention the tumbling Coach Mr. Bill is amazing. The coaches that my daughter had for gymnastics werenā€™t really there to teach they were really only there for a paycheck it seemed. But anyways all of a sudden they had a rate increase. Failed to tell me that they were increasing in may when I registered her for the fall class and didnā€™t find out til the day she was going back to class of the increase. Itā€™s very unprofessional like. Lady told me that they just decided to go up in June and I look back at my emails and they have the original price I was paying and then you scroll over and see the new price but itā€™s very deceiving. You should have took the old rate off. Thatā€™s not how you do business.
