Regularly going out to check other insurance providers to ensure we have the best and least expensive coverage and assisting with and handling questions that arise without us having to wait on hold and deal with the insurance companies call centers. Jack, Tim, Maria or Hannah are always there, we know each other, and they always seem to enjoy helping us!
