    Metal Defender Security: I dont know how they get away with the harrasement. They take you to court over medical bills, but will only give you the bill sor let you see them - if you contact the States Attorneys Lisa MAdigans office or Pam Zekman. on Channel 2. Other than that - they wont let you see them - took 4 months to get them to let me see the bills? Took me 4 months and 3 certified letters to get the bill - now they want me to pay extortion interest.

He answered the phone in a very unprofessional manner and as I was asking my questions he rudly stated I needed to call someone else and hung up the phone. I was a bit shocked at the encounter so I called back thinking he didnt mean to hang up. He then answered the phone abd before I could say a word he started yelling saying he doesnt do things for house deeds and hung up on me a second time. Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional.

This is my experience with Sheppard Law. From using their online assistant to meeting with Ken Sheppard Jr., I was confident I would get the assistance I needed. My husband passed away suddenly on Easter and did not have a will. Despite their best intentions, advice offered by family and friends left me with more questions than answers. I knew I needed an attorney. I looked over the Sheppard Law website and requested a consultation. I received a call from Ulysis,a very pleasant assistant who was easy to communicate with and very helpful. I teased Mr Sheppard that despite being the attorney and very credentialed, Ulysis is the real star of the show. My situation isn’t fully resolved but that’s only due to necessary time constraints.     Anthony M: Reached our several times in regards to hiring them for assistance with a speeding ticket. On January 17th, I was transfered to a voicemail to leave a message. I left information regarding my ticket and contact number. I was called on later in the day and when I answered, there was nobody on the other end. I called back and left another voicemail. After not hearing back for several days, I called back on January 27th and a lady(possible secretary) answered the phone. I explained to her what had happened and she said she is transferring me to Hailey. I left a voicemail for her and it is now January 29th, 13 days after original contact with still no response. I would advise you to steer clear of this place if you are looking to get things handled in a timely manner.

    Lee: I have been calling for weeks on end to get ahold of a states attorney. During this pandemic my residence was gone through and property damaged. I have emailed proof along with numerous calls by myself and lawyer on my behalf to get in contact with me. My rights as a tenant are not being enforced. I am very disappointed in Jo Daviess County’s lack of care and help regarding this issue.
