Birch and the rest of the staff were amazing. The environment is comfortable and relaxed. Everyone was very friendly. I was surprised and pleased with the offer I received for everything I brought. The process was smooth and efficient. I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back for anything else I plan to sell in the future.

After a few different appointments I had finally chosen a shape/style and my fiance worked with Angelica from there. The entire process was seamless and I’ve been back for regular cleanings! I’ve also had a few different custom designs made (pinky ring and bezel diamond necklace) and each of those projects was just as great of an experience as the engagement ring. I brought Angelica my design ideas and she helped bring them to life. I cannot recommend working with Angelica and ascot enough and have sent a few friends here as well. The ring was quite a bit larger than my finger and had inscriptions on it that I wanted to keep despite making it smaller. It was old, so you can imagine the job was delicate. Although this was not a high priced job, Harvey paid me a lot of attention and did an excellent job handling a family heirloom with care. I was at first hesitant regarding his recommendation on the resize (I questioned whether he wanted to resize it too small). But he was right and it turned out to be an absolutely perfect fit.
