On my most recent visit, I was greeted by Brendan who immediately welcomed me and asked if there was anything I needed that he could assist me with. With customer service, too often it is not what you say, it is how you say it and the actions that follow. Kudos to Brendan, his manager and the team at Go Energy Credit Union!

Now I bank here in Tucker which has been renamed Go Energy Financial and Nikki has always been very helpful and professional. It has always been a pleasure to bank here. They dont sock you with hefty fees the way the monster megabanks do.
