3 /5 Diane: I had a great experience to begin with everybody was so kind I intentionally avoided calling them all the time because I know they have a lot of work to do and I know they have a lot of clients but as the months went on I hadnt heard nothing about an update or anything so I called 21 times and no one ever got back in touch with me and finally I called one day and they connected me was a lawyer Craven her last name was cmCraven and she updated me on everything and told me that she would no longer be my lawyer I dont know who my lawyer is I dont know where my case stands the last I heard it was sent to the medical team and Ive been calling ever since then to find out I dont call to pester anybody or to interfere with their jobs I just want to know whats going on with my case takes 2 minutes thats all that and Im fine you know with that I just wish somebody would take the time to do it thats the only complaint I have other than that Im very well pleased with your firm and I apologize for having to contact your office so many times but I just need information couple of minutes of someones time to let me know whats going on thats all thank you very much have a blessed day
