His use of games at the end of each section added a fun, interactive touch, and he made everyone feel welcome and included. However, I believe the material could be absorbed more effectively if the reading portions were broken up a bit more. Having so much content to read all at once made it feel somewhat overwhelming and rushed.

Repetition is key and there is plenty of that. The class definitely familiarizes people with the way Liberty national wants you to sell their products.
