Colman will write a policy, take your money then years later after premiums have been paid yearly say you don’t have coverage!! Just imagine you pay, you pay, you pay and your house burns down and all of the sudden you don’t have coverage because he forgot to renew it! But he called to take payment and he didn’t renew it!!!??? How does this guy have a job? He wouldn’t make it at McDonald’s sweeping the parking lot. FAIL and Farm Burrau should be ashamed. Management doesn’t even hold their staff accountable they just say “we have insurance for insurance mistakes. Good luck”. While im dealing with these third party crooks that don’t cover anything... Who is CNA anyway? That’s who I have to deal with? Shouldn’t you be dealing with this COLEMAN? It was your mistake.
