Hes helped me with all my questions and referred me to a good insurance company in Alabama. Im gonna miss this company. John, I hope the new company is as good to me as youve been.

1 /5 Anonymous One: Very poor service. I was traveling in Canada for the summer, and I thought I planned all of my bills in my absence. However, I forgot about my homeowners insurance, one vehicles insurance, and the annual membership fee Farm Bureau charges. Of course, they called me about the membership fee (the international call cost me $5), but they could not have cared less about my insurance needs. Consequently, my house was uninsured all summer and I had to pay a fine to the state for my uninsured vehicle. I could have been in serious trouble had something happened to my house or vehicle while I was gone. They dont care about you or your insurance needs. Dont bother with these people.

1 /5 Dominic Ottaviano: Not very friendly when he answered the phone, Tim, and then gave me a hard time because I wanted a quote but the house is in my fiancé’s name and we aren’t getting married until next month but I’m the one handling all the insurance. There’s no privacy issue when I’m the one supplying him with the information. We are shopping policies and the agents with other companies had no problem giving me quotes so they will be getting our business.
