1 /5 Ray Rains: My wife was in a wreck, and the person who hit her had Georgia Farm Bureau. They are a horrible company. At no point were they fair or quick to respond to our issues. Every offer was extremely low, if not insulting. I have never written a review good or bad for anything. So you can only imagine how poorly they handled our case for me to feel the need to write this review. Stay away from this company and pray you never get hit by someone who has them for insurance. I will tell everyone I meet to not use them for insurance. My major regret was not getting a lawyer.

My mother has paid them tens of thousands of dollars over the years, only to be told that they will not cover repairs to her badly damaged roof. I guess Farm Bureau of Floyd County likes to con senior citizens out of their limited funds.

1 /5 Judy Lake: The Rome office of Georgia Farm Bureau RAISED the premium of auto insurance during the time when most other insurance companies are trying to help their customers during this trying season of Covid 19. When I asked my agent why, all he stated was that they had an increase. Problem is they have increased my policy EVERY time it was my renewal time with the exact same excuse. I HAD been with Georgia Farm Bureau for over 20 years. I am NO LONGER their customer. If you are still with this company, I urge you to research other companies for your insurance needs.
