Shunte Spires: So I called in to apply for loan they told me to call later systems was down I called in and got someone who took my information and said call in a hour. I called and got a girl was very rude from beginning of call. First she say she couldn’t find my stuff then turned around and said oh I got it it was denied. So being concerned about my information I asked what will happen with information meaning will they shred it or what so she gets smart asking what can we do it with it denied you I said ma’am I understand that but I was asking a simple question she keeps getting smart I don’t even do reviews but the service from her was horrible I should’ve got her name because it was only her the other lady was very nice

Trinitee Walker: by far the most HORRIBLE company i have ever dealt with by far. Past due balance from covid and i asked if they would move the past due to the back of the loan and was told me that theyre a secondary loan company that i will have to refinance the car so when i tried to do that i was turned down by MULTIPLE places since they dinged my credit so hard. They never report good payments only the ones that were late even after "trying" to help you out. They want MORE money after my contract ended and the car isnt even WORTH what theyre asking. Theyre rude and nasty to talk to over the phone they dont care about hardships or anything life. All these people care about is taking your money. NEVER do business with these people im surprised they are even still in business.
