The entire staff from the front desk, owner and coaching staff are all incredible. They truly want to see your children succeed. My daughter’s team coaches have helped her develop her gymnastics skills to a high level, but their coaching and mentorship goes beyond just gymnastics skills. They are teaching them confidence, problem solving and life skills and they care about their hearts just as much as their meet scores!

After a few years we switched over to the competition cheer team and couldn’t be happier! We love the girls, the parents and all of the staff at Fusion. Coach Jamie will love your kids like they’re her own. She pours everything into her girls. Coach Jessie and Coach Jamie work with the girls to make them their absolute best. And when they compete, the KILL IT! If you’re considering gymnastics or cheerleading for your daughter, I cannot give Fusion anything short of an outstanding recommendation!

Our family was new to cheer and we were given the warmest welcome. Coach Jamie and Coach Jessi are truly incredible coaches. They work daily to build strong relationships with each of their athletes and love them all deeply. They have helped my daughter grow as an athlete, develop confidence and grit, and feel loved and seen. I am amazed at how much she has grown during her time on the cheer team. These coaches know when to push the girls to achieve their goals and pick them up when they are down. My daughter absolutely adores Coach Jaime, Coach Jessi, Coach Izzy, her cheer team, and Fusion Athletic Center. We are so blessed to be part of the Fusion family.

5 /5 Tracy Smith: Fusion’s cheer program is next level! I can’t speak highly enough about Coach Jamie and Coach Jessie! These ladies pour their heart and soul into our kids! We have been at this gym for 6yrs ( started with gymnastics-also amazing) but have remained at this gym because of the people. Not only do the teach top level skill in cheer but also how to be a good and respectful person and a good teammate to their peers. Fantastic gym!

He revolutionized circuit training program and made them so convenient and affordable. Each workout can be customized as you want or stick to cardio machines. I love having all my workouts in a wrist band, videos showing me how to do the exercises and how many calories I burned along with my heart rate. Excellent idea. So glad to be part of JAM family.

Ally Young: I signed up through class pass and this was going to be my second class. No where does it say they LOCK THE DOOR if you’re late? I was running one minute behind schedule this morning and in no way did I think I was going to get locked out. Very hard start to the morning tbh. I get this for safety reasons but I was banging on the door and ringing the door bell for 10 minutes. If studios do this they really should put up a notice on the website or on the door so I know I’m not welcome anymore.

StretchLab - Cumming

Siddharth Gore: This was my first time visiting, and Juan was fantastic. The stretches were tailored to my goals and tight spots. Effective stretches that I frankly could not do on my own, as they help you add resistance and work through it to expand your range of motion. Jeri Sue is the manager. She was very welcoming and explained everything thoroughly. I look forward to my next session.

PPF Athletics - Cumming

Shilpa Y: I wouldn’t recommend PPF Athletics based on my experience: I signed up for a 12-month plan, but had to stop within the first month due to a severe back injury(happened because of unmonitored deadlifts) — something the owner was aware of well in advance. Despite not using the gym for the remaining 11 months, I was refused a refund. I made genuine efforts to work it out, but unfortunately, those were met with resistance and what felt like deliberate sabotage. It’s disheartening to see a business profit off someone’s pain rather than do the honorable thing. Adding to that, its not uncommon to find group classes canceled or missing a coach altogether. So be prepared for a lack of consistency. Also, don’t be misled by so-called "discounted" rates for 6- or 12-month plans. They’re a small business — you can negotiate a monthly rate without being pressured into a long-term commitment. Lastly, I paid for personal training with Richard for my daughter. Not a single session was conducted by him directly. Instead, she was placed in group sessions with one of his coaches. I essentially paid a premium for personal training that never happened — when I could’ve just signed up for group classes and saved money. Overall, my experience was disappointing — both in terms of service and integrity.

I love taking her classes because she gives mods to make it harder and easier. More often than not, because of my body, I need both. She is always accommodating but effective.

Cat Burton: I love it here! Such a good workout and has such a personal feel to it. The trainers get to know you and your goals and genuinely want to help you reach them. Ive seen the biggest change in my body since joining last September! Highly recommend if youre looking for a supportive community to help you reach your fitness/weight loss goals!
