Called and was told to come in and get it. Stopped by and was told the person who could give me the key wasnt there. Tried calling and havent gotten through since

1 /5 Jullie Martin: Its usually messy. There arent usually staff on hand. Weights never get re-racked and nothing gets done about it. Makes it hard for others to use the same equipment. Very cramped. I would recommend Advanced Rehab.

Brianne Kulju: This is an excellent gym. Its not your average gym where you come and go at all hours. Its focused classes led by experienced trainers. They also provide nutrition counseling(which is so important), accountability, and a great environment that fosters growth and community. The owners and trainers are amazing! You get out what you put in. Consistency breeds results. Highly recommend.

Luciana Haynes: Such an amazing team & coaches! We came here after we freshly moved from japan & everyone was incredibly welcoming & motivating! We were able to bring our baby to workouts and everyone was so nice! Great workouts that pushed you. Coming from a crossfit world only it was great! They even have classes for our older parents which was so inviting!!! AbsolutelyLOVED this place!

G: This YMCA location has very good facilities with some great amenities and programs for members. Not as crowded compared to some other locations. Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Jack Bowers: Oh man it was great. This used to be my gym. I moved out of state. 5 years later I came back to visit my family. The manager saw me standing at the door and asked if I needed helped. I explained that im visiting and just looking for a day pass or week pass or something. He immediately helped me out and got me in and working out in no time. Suoer friendly, personable, and had a smile the whole time. If yall are in the hickory flat area I highly reccomend. Good range of dumbells, barbells, machines, cardio, and everything is spaced out so its not too crowded.

Kelly: Great club! Equipment is new and layout allows for more areas to work out with free weights. Extra benches and plate machines are a great addition. I feel like my membership is a great value compared to what it was a year ago. Definitely recommend!
