1 /5 Digital Bryce: I came into the bank and was told that the only way I could make my deposit was though a machine and explained that I didnt want to do it that way. I was told by lacey that she was a loan officer and dont do deposits so I said I guess Ill be closing this account today. They rather me close my account than to take my deposit. Lacey seem to be lazy and just didnt want to get up. You can definitely find a better bank .

1 /5 Paul Fitch: The worst bank I have ever got a loan from. I went into the bank on a Tuesday and didn’t get approved till Friday still don’t know why it took so long. Apparently they don’t do actual business on the weekends and they don’t have a help line after hrs so don’t bother calling. I showed up at 09 Monday and haven’t left and it’s 12000. Still haven’t got the check also they don’t do wire transfers.

2 /5 Daisy White: I have been using this bank for a long time. My debit card is not suppose to expire till end of June when i went to talk to somebody at the bank, then i receive an email that my card is been denied, and this is the 2nd of June. When my rent is suppose to be due. My new debit card is forwarded to my old address, when i got my new card i try to call the bank to assist me as i cant activate my new card. Says my card doesnt match with what they have in the system, which means i have to wait for another week or so to get my new card. I think its time for me to find a new bank.

1 /5 J P: Account was supposed to have been closed out over a year ago. It didnt close and am automatic payment went through. I drove up there after getting a notification of the overdraft (on an account I thought no longer existed) and told them I would pay for the amount taken out but not the overdraft fee because it wasnt my fault they were slow on closing my account down. They took my money (some $20.84 or near that - minor amount) but apparently never got rid of the fee. Now my payment history is shot out and I apparently owe them $199. I have received no notification on this account in over a year. Thats insane. Ill be contacting an attorney from the VA and let the government take care of it. Thats one thing they (uncle Sam) do right for us disabled vets. I hope FCCU goes belly up. They give credit unions a horrible name.

2 /5 Matt McCall: Ive been with First Commerce since I came back to Georgia, and up until they moved to the new location I really liked the service. Since they moved everything has went to computer. Yes I mean computer as there is only one in the middle of the room which theres usually a long line, so be ready to wait for long periods of time. Before the changes they were a great bank, but now its not worth it. Youre better off going to another bank or putting your money in a jar on a shelf.
