    Pete baxley: Not sure about the bank itself but the ATM says a lot. Im new to the area and needed some cash so I stopped by to withdraw some money. They charge a $5 ATM transaction fee!! Never in my life have I seen such a high fee. Talk about price gouging but I guess if you are the only bank in the area you can get away with it. They should change their name to Crooks and highway robbery bank.

    Humble Homestead: The bad - I opened an acct on the 4th , it is now the 15th and still no debit card, was told it should be here by the end of the week with no explanation for delay. No online checking like the bank weve had. The good - What you would expect from a small town bank, friendly. Mrs Dana was the sweetest thing to everyone who came in the door. Summary - will be switching direct deposit back to old bank where the service is speedy. Had a replacement debit card in 3 days once. Was hoping to bank close to new home but not willing to sacrifice service recieved from other small town bank where were from.

    Brandie Gross: If I could leave a 0 rating, I would. My business used this company for YEARS. We inadvertently discovered they fired one of their most knowledgeable, loyal employees after 25 YEARS of employment and clearly had NO intention of revealing this information until wed signed our annual "representation letter". After this discovery, we opted to go with another company (Sikich) only to discover Symphona charges for audit services are absolutely criminal! Save yourself a headache and use Sikich!!
