The coaches know what they are doing and are so incredibly professional. More importantly to me, the gym culture at ATLAS is the best. Everyone is welcoming and excited to cheer each other on. Walton 24 Is definitely worth the price the Quality alone of the beds and maintenance that is continuously being put into them to assure the proper tanning experience aswel.     Nae Tay: This location is everything.. the staff first and foremost. Tameek was an amazing employee who made me feel welcomed and valued. He gave me the freedom to feel at ease and tour the establishment with absolutely no pressure. The monroe location was clean and fresh feeling. The equipment was also top notch and many units were available. The spa was so inviting that even if your not there to work out you could absolutely enjoy every moment of your membership to partake in the spa. Im happy I came here and Im happy to now become a member of this Planet Fitness. Thank you monroe Planet Fitness.

She, and the other trainers, will definitely work you hard and push you, but they are also incredibly encouraging! Boot camp is a high intensity 30 minute workout, and each day the workout is different which is awesome! I leave each workout feeling totally energized and ready for the next days challenge!
