My husband cancelled his policy bc we were no longer allowed to have separate ones due to some changes in the law and bc we decided to use my agent instead of Audrey she was incredibly petty and went and made a huge fuss to the point where my husband would have to leave Alfa for 30 days then resign up causing a lapse in his coverages. We decided as a family with three people on the policy to all leave Alfa and we will not be back but keep my agent who will now be our progressive agent. She accomplished nothing except loosing her company 3 customers and giving another agent is! Petty Betty should be her name shame on you!
