2 /5 JI Ma: I was insured for over 10 years. I found out Encompass Insurance surreptitiously paid out a claim 2/2013 on a investment house I had sold 12/2012. I was not notified at the time to dispute this claim & did not find out until late 2015. This is no way to treat a long term client. The owner of Fairburn Insurance gave the lamest reasoning & seemed to me to covering for the chicanery of Encompass. I considered going to the state Insurance Commissioner, but the relatively small claim paid & elapsed time made it unlikely I would receive results that would be worth the time spent.
