2 /5 Regina W: As a former member at another location and occasionally do drop ins at this one. That’s how great the fitness model of F45 is…that’s only if you actually do the workout. Weekday 7:30am class was more like recess at elementary school. Lots of conversations and half/no repping amongst the majority of the members. The problem was when it became disruptive to others when changing stations because some weren’t paying attention. This is frustrating when all you want to do is get a good workout. Coaches are nice but didn’t regulate that at all. So be mindful at the time you sign up, it makes a huge difference.

He came around to check my form and pushed me when he saw I could handle more, which I really appreciated. The energy was great, and I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. Can’t wait to come back!

I can’t say enough good things about the facilities and staff. The technology integrated with the workout was very helpful. Eric was awesome and the class was dynamic and efficient (my #1 priority)! 5 stars!
