1 /5 Monica Tate: If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately, there is not a lot for me to tell as far as experience with this company. I could not get them to return my calls to even give me a quote. I called on Thursday and let them know that I was needing a Insurance policy and I had a week to have my insurance or my vehicle registration was going to be terminated. I gave them all of the information that they needed and was letting them know that I needed insurance ASAP. I was reassured at 11:30 AM that I would have a call back by the end of the day with a few quotes. Today is now Wednesday and I have yet to receive a phone call even after calling again and leaving a message on Tuesday. I ended up calling State Farm in Blue Ridge and within two hours. I had an agent working on my quotes and was able to have a binder ready and emailed to the local DMV office on my behalf. These people truly need to step it up or hire more employees so that they can have a better customer satisfaction experience. They could’ve at least called to let me know that they were not going to be able to help me.
