2 /5 Precious Hall: My experiences with envision since 2023 has been awful. First, my card was blocked, because I couldnt verify transactions that I place 30 days ago. I mean who remembers merchants 30 days ago when theyre out shopping? 2nd I had a negative balance due to my card being charged and no funds were in my account. I did not have over draft coverage, but envision wanted me to pay the balance that they didnt cover. 3rd I went in to the local office in Bainbridge Ga 3/28/2025 after 12pm. I called my bank which is TMH federal credit union in Tallahassee Florida before I came. I was told envision is a branch location and I could get a cashiers check to avoid the 45 min drive. Ok cool, so thats why I went into the local envision office. When I asked for a cashiers check I was told they dont offer the service to branch members. So the teller called an older heavy set bleach blond Caucasian woman over and verified the information. The woman acted rude and was being very sarcastic. She implied I need to go to the post office and get a money order. I was closing on my new home that day and I told the lady I cant use a money order. They were so rude to me and i felt very discriminated against. Luckily Ga Own in Bainbridge Ga was able to assist me since I was added to my fathers account with them. While I was getting great service from Ga,s Own I received a call from Envision stating they do offer cashiers checks to branch members and they can assist me for 5$ if I come back. The person stated the tellers didnt know I was a member. Which I know that was a lie, because I gave one of the tellers my account number. I will never ever ever use envison again! I almost lost closing on my home, because of this. The staff was sarcastic, rude, and was very loud that everyone in there could hear my business. I will also cut copy and paste this review and email it to TMH credit union and Envison. I gave 2 stars, because Envison gets early direct deposits, and its convenient right here in town.
